Ctrs Rachael Micolichek

Rachael Micolichek, CTRS, is a seasoned professional in therapeutic recreation with a comprehensive background in program coordination and therapy services. Currently serving as Program Coordinator at the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin since September 2021, Rachael previously held the position of Recreation Therapist at Sycamore Rehabilitation Services, Inc. from September 2017 to December 2021, where work transitioned from full-time to virtual during the pandemic. Additionally, Rachael worked as an Adult Instructor at CP - Innovation. Compassion. Purpose. in 2020, contributing to both adult day programs and daycare services. Rachael's experience also includes an internship at Laurel Heights Hospital and a role as a Line Therapist at Agnesian Beyond Boundaries of Autism. Rachael earned a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2017.
