Shayna Wagner

Shayna Wagner is a skilled professional in the field of food science, currently serving as a Quality Technologist II at Downeast Cider House since May 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Laboratory Research personnel at The Wolfe Microbiology Lab at Tufts from October 2020 to May 2023, and a position as Staff Editor for The Palmier Magazine from October 2020 to December 2022. Additionally, Shayna has worked as a Research Assistant in the Office of Institutional Research at Tufts and at the Kaplan Lab in the Cellular Agriculture Department. A background in the food service industry includes positions at The Ultimate Melt Food Truck, MOD Pizza, and Tokyo Japanese Restaurant. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied Food Sciences from Tufts University, with minors in Spanish, Food Systems and Nutrition. Prior education took place at Alexander Muss High School in Israel and Issaquah High School.
