Alexandra Schneeman

Alexandra Schneeman is a dedicated professional in the field of education and behavioral support, currently serving as a Registered Behavioral Technician at Downingtown Area School District since December 2022. Previously, Alexandra worked with Elevated Kids utilizing the Naturalistic Developmental Behavior Interventions approach to support preschoolers with ASD and ADHD. With experience in instructional design and human resources from roles at Springboard Collaborative and Cigna, Alexandra has developed skills in academic research, HR policy analysis, and talent acquisition. A solid foundation in childcare and youth engagement was established through positions at Main Line Health and Fitness and Future Stars Camps. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Drexel University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in School Psychology at Millersville University.
