David Evans

David Evans is an experienced educator with a diverse background in both gifted education and general instruction. Currently serving as a Gifted Support Teacher at Downingtown Area School District since August 2019, David develops individualized lesson plans, coordinates student services, and actively participates in multidisciplinary teams to support gifted students. Prior roles include Director of Alumni Relations and Middle School Teacher at Devon Preparatory School, where David planned events and implemented an alumni mentorship program. Additionally, David has experience as a Division Head at Camp Sequoia and held positions at the Kinney Center for Autism Education and Support. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Saint Joseph's University, as well as a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Penn State University.
