Katie Polenick

Katie Polenick has a diverse work experience in design. Katie started their career as a Design Intern at Dow Corning Corporation in 2011, followed by an Industrial Design Internship at Legrand North America in 2012. Katie then joined Webb deVlam as a Design Intern, working on brand-focused product experience projects for clients such as Kimberly-Clark and Procter and Gamble from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they also worked as an Industrial Design Intern at Eleven, LLC. Katie then joined Hornall Anderson, where they worked as a Design Apprentice from June to November 2014, a Designer from December 2014 to December 2017, and eventually became a Senior Designer from January to August 2018. Currently, they are working at Downstream since September 2018, initially as an Experience Strategist and currently as a Design Director, Strategy.

Katie Polenick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from the University of Cincinnati, completing their studies between 2009 and 2014.
