Matthew Karnes

Matthew Karnes is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Downtown Denver Partnership since June 2023, Karnes previously held leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Finance at Good Times Restaurants Inc. and Chief Operating and Financial Officer at the Office of Economic Development and Opportunity for the City and County of Denver. With a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, Karnes has also contributed to organizations such as Denver International Airport and Integrated Asset Services.
