Sydni Snaggs

Sydni Snaggs is the Director of Community Affairs at the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, responsible for creating brand stories and implementing efficient communication programs across various departments. Previously, Sydni held a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position at The Johns Hopkins University, focusing on Black data collection and storytelling. As a Data Consultant for GripTape, analytical skills were applied to survey data for insightful interpretations. Experience as the Director of Communications for the New York City Council involved managing social events and outreach strategies. Furthermore, Sydni founded the YWCA Alumni Program and served as Program Coordination Assistant at YWCA of Brooklyn, promoting student success and strategic planning. Early career experience includes a Social Media Marketing internship at The Culture LP, where engagement strategies were developed. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Global Public Health and Communications from New York University and a Post-Doc Fellowship from The Johns Hopkins University.
