Jose Wade

Jose Wade has diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their most recent position as a People and Culture Business Partner at Doxim, they led HR responsibilities such as policy development, performance management, compensation planning, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Jose also expanded the training and talent management framework and ensured compliance with legislative requirements. Prior to this, Jose worked as a Fire Inspector at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they presented fire code requirements and conducted public education programs on fire safety and prevention. Jose supervised staff and evaluated their performance. Before that, they served as an Aviation Boatswain Mate at the United States Department of the Navy, managing personnel, determining staffing requirements, and overseeing hiring and training processes.

Jose Wade attended the University of Phoenix from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In May 2021, they completed several additional certifications, including Crisis Communication for HR, Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning, and Introduction to Employee Relations, all obtained from LinkedIn.
