Ashley Rivero, MS, LSSGB, is an accomplished professional in client success and healthcare management with extensive experience in both operational and branding roles. Currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at Doximity since March 2022, Ashley has previously held positions at the University of Miami Health System, where roles included Program Manager for Brand & Innovation and Patient Experience Consultant. Prior to that, Ashley contributed as Manager of Research Support at Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and held leadership positions at Miami Children's Health System and Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, focusing on guest and patient experience.
