Jackie G. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Senior Training Specialist at the Software Engineering Institute from January 2012 to November 2016. In this role, they provided support to over 10,000 online learners and 200 instructors, performed technical troubleshooting for multiple learning management systems, and worked closely with LMS vendors for issue resolution and customization. Additionally, they gained expertise in risk management, insider threats, digital forensics, and secure coding practices. Jackie also played a key role in planning and delivering the CISO executive education program. Jackie then moved on to work at Stitch Fix as a Senior Stylist from June 2015 to October 2017. Currently, they are an IT Operations Manager at Doximity since November 2016, where their responsibilities include managing vendors and SaaS subscriptions, implementing automation opportunities, and providing support to the R&D team.
