Amos Akanji

Amos Akanji has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Amos began their career as a Business Development Executive at Adesh hotel from November 2010 to July 2014. Amos then worked as an Assistant Lecturer (NYSC) at Adamu Augie college of Education from May 2015 to April 2016. Following this, Amos joined Bigtreat plc as a Sales Executive from June 2016 to March 2017, where they were responsible for revenue reporting, forecasting, and managing marketing analytics. From May 2017 to March 2019, Amos worked as a Supervisor at DOXXbet, where they oversaw casino game operations, managed staff, and ensured customer satisfaction. Amos then served as an Operations Manager at DOXXbet from March 2019 to January 2023, where they communicated with customers, managed relationships with key agents, and presented new marketing strategies. Currently, Amos holds the position of Head of Operations at DOXXbet, where they formulate business strategy, implements efficient processes, manages contracts and relations, and mentors teams to achieve productivity and engagement.

Amos Akanji obtained a Bachelor's degree in Counseling Psychology from EKITI STATE UNIVERSITY, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from various institutions. In 2019, they received certifications in Customer Service Mastery: Delight Every Customer, Interpersonal Communication, Learning Excel Desktop (Office 365/Microsoft 365), and Handling Workplace Bullying, all from LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Operations Management Foundations from LinkedIn and Learn adobe xd essential for ui/ux design from Udemy. Lastly, in September and October 2019, they obtained a certification in Time Management Fundamentals with Microsoft Office from LinkedIn.
