Kaitlin Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kaitlin began their career as a Notetaker for NTID at Rochester Institute of Technology, recording lecture notes and assisting deaf students. During their time at RIT, Kaitlin held various administrative roles, including Research and Marketing Intern, Staff Assistant, Sr. Staff Assistant, and Administrative Advising Support Specialist. In these positions, they provided administrative support, managed student records, organized events, and supervised teams. Kaitlin also worked as a Dog Walker for Rover.com, providing care for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Kaitlin has experience training dogs and horses and building trust with high-anxiety rescue dogs. Additionally, Kaitlin worked as a Sirius XM Sales Representative for DialAmerica and as a Tutor, teaching Japanese grammar and vocabulary. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Doyle Security Systems, Inc., where they have previously held the roles of HR Business Partner and HR Executive Assistant. In these positions, they implemented process improvements, conducted needs assessments, and made recommendations for interventions.
Kaitlin Lee completed their Master's Degree in Human Resource Development at the Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating in 2016. Kaitlin also studied Japanese Studies at the Kanazawa Institute of Technology for a year in 2015. Kaitlin completed their high school education at Regis Jesuit High School from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Kaitlin has obtained several certifications on LinkedIn, including Inclusive Leadership, Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Human Resources: Payroll, Talent Management, Building High-Performance Teams, and Remote Work Foundations.
