Col Anuradha Sangal has over 30 years of work experience. Col Anuradha began their career in 1991 as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army. In 2012, they moved to Santosh Hospital as Chief In Nursing. In 2014, they joined Milann - HCG Group of Hospitals as Corporate Head of Nursing. In 2023, they became the Head of Clinical Operations at Dozee.

Col Anuradha Sangal has a diverse educational background. Col Anuradha attended Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences from 2012 to 2014, where they earned their Post Basic BSc Nursing degree. From 2010 to 2011, they obtained their PG Diploma in Hospital and Health care Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Col Anuradha also earned their MA English from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Col Anuradha Sangal obtained their General Nursing and Midwifery degree from Command Hospital Air Force Bangalore from 1988 to 1992.
