Damodharan Pavalavanan

Reginal Manager - Customer Success at Dozee

Damodharan Pavalavanan has worked in three companies over the past nine years. In 2021, they began as Key Account Manager for Dozee. From 2017 to 2021, they were Customer Experience Manager and Operations Manager for Zolo. During this time, they handled a P&L of 1.5 crore/month, ensured an average positive CM of 18% every month, handled a team of 8 ACEM's, and achieved a high NPS score of 32+. Prior to Zolo, they were Events Co-Ordinator for Toyz Day Out from 2012 to 2017.

Damodharan Pavalavanan has completed a PGDM in HR from IFIM Business School between 2015 and 2017. Damodharan also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from R.K.M. Vivekananda College, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Damodharan has also obtained a certification in MATLAB & Android from SSN Institutions in Chennai, India in September 2013.
