Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at ekincare from 2020 to 2023. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Apollo Life. Vinay also has experience at Apollo Hospitals as the Lead Finance - International & Special Projects from 2015 to 2019. Before that, they worked at Shalby Hospitals as the Lead - Corporate Strategy and M&A, where they were responsible for strategic planning, fund raising, acquisitions, and financial modeling. Vinay also held positions such as Operations Head at FinTechnoBridge Solutions, Manager (Strategy & Planning), Branch Head at Tata Motors Finance, Summer trainee at TATA CAPITAL, and Analyst Programmer at Syntel.

Vinay Pawar has a well-rounded educational background. Vinay pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication at COEP Technological University from 2001 to 2005. Building upon this foundation, Vinay then completed an Advanced Diploma in Software Programming at NIIT in 2005 to strengthen their computer science skills. Subsequently, they undertook postgraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore from 2007 to 2009, where they specialized in Strategy and Finance and earned a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management).
