Rosana Butron

Rosana Butron has extensive experience in talent and leadership development, currently serving as Group Vice President Talent & Leadership at DP World since March 2012. Prior roles at DP World include Director and Head of Talent & Leadership Development on a global scale, as well as positions focused on global talent management. From January 2004 to January 2012, Rosana worked at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as Regional Learning and Development Manager, where responsibilities included developing strategies for Human Capital Management and serving as a certified internal reviewer for the Investors in People Standard. Earlier in the career, Rosana held the position of Head of Sales Training at BellSouth International, overseeing training programs for over 1500 sales representatives and personnel. Educational credentials include an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, multiple executive education programs at The Wharton School, and a Licenciate in Communication Sciences from Universidad de Lima.
