Bart de Bock

Bart De Bock has extensive experience in HR roles, starting as a Recruitment & Selection Consultant at Belgacom NV in 1997. Bart then moved on to roles such as HR Manager at Ben Nederland, HR Development Manager at T-Mobile Nederland, International Project Lead at Deutsche Telekom AG, HR Director at VNU Media, and HR Directeur Online Services at de Persgroep Nederland. Currently, they are the Head of HR Operations & Reward at DPG Media Nederland, overseeing HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, and HR Consultancy. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on HR management, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Bart De Bock earned a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources from Ghent University in the period of 1989 to 1994. Later, they obtained a certification as a Certified Facilitator from Senn Delaney Leadership Consulting in 2004.
