Thomas M. Hogan

Thomas M. Hogan became Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director of the Company in 1998. Mr. Hogan was a founder of LiCONiX in 1972 and was a Director and financial consultant to LiCONiX from 1972 to 1992. He joined LiCONiX on a full-time basis as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 1992 continuing in that capacity through 1998. Mr. Hogan was Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director of Intech Incorporated, a publicly traded firm in Santa Clara from 1972 to 1992. From 1969 to 1972, Mr. Hogan was Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Coherent Inc. and was responsible for their initial public offering. Prior to 1969, he was an auditor for Arthur Andersen in San Francisco. Mr. Hogan received his B.S. in Accounting & Finance from San Jose State University in 1964 and is a California Certified Public Accountant.
