Filipe Páscoa has a wealth of work experience. Filipe began their career in 2002 as a Sales and Account Manager at Seara.com. In 2005, they moved to Sony - European Logist Center, Tilburg (NL) as a Logistic Controller. In 2006, they joined Amnesty International as a Global Fundraising Advisor - International Secretariat and later as a Finance and Fundraising Director. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Fundraising and Communications Director at SOS Children's Villages International. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder and Tech Lead at Dr. Cannabis. In 2020, they were a Senior Partner Consultant at The Management Center. In 2021, they were a LACRO SBC, Data and Applied Research Consultant, Social Data intelligence and Misinformation Management Capacity Builder, and ECARO SBC team, Social Data Intelligence Consultant at UNICEF, and an Associate Partner (Data Innovation) at Trackmob. Filipe is currently the CEO and Lead Researcher at Bee Relevant - Social Data for Social Change, where they lead a team of activists and multidisciplinary people to promote social change.
Filipe Páscoa's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Information and Business Systems from Instituto Superior Técnico, which they obtained in 2021. In 2017, they attended the University of Oxford for Social Entrepreneurship. Filipe also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Intelligence from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, as well as a Human Resources Management certificate from the same institution. Additionally, they have a Physics certificate from the University of Lisbon.
