Jayesh Hinge

Jayesh Hinge has extensive work experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management. Jayesh is currently the Head of Strategic Sourcing & SCM at Dr Lal PathLabs since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Head Indirect Procurement and shared service - Lifestyle Business at Raymond Limited from April 2016 to August 2020. Before joining Raymond Limited, they served as AVP - Procurement & Contracts - Business Service at Reliance from February 2013 to April 2016. Jayesh also worked at GE Healthcare as the Sourcing Leader - Indirect Procurement | Asia Commodity Leader - Capex & Facilities from April 2011 to February 2013. Furthermore, Jayesh Hinge has experience as a Manager - SCM at Bharti Infratel Limited from June 2009 to June 2011. Jayesh worked as a Purchase Manager at JCB from July 2004 to June 2009 and as an Assistant Manager at Escorts Construction Equipment Ltd from July 2002 to July 2004.

Jayesh Hinge completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies- Pune. This educational achievement took place from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Jayesh obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Jayesh has acquired several certifications. These include completing the "Columbia Management Essentials" course offered by Emeritus in June 2023. Jayesh also obtained the "Growing Money" certification from INDmoney in October 2022.

Furthermore, Jayesh has obtained multiple certifications in Agile Stakeholder Engagement and Team Development. Jayesh completed a course on this topic offered by Skillsoft in August 2022. In addition, they obtained the same certification again from Skillsoft in August 2022.

Lastly, in May 2020, Jayesh completed a course titled "Leading in Crisis" provided by LinkedIn.
