Conor Wright

Conor Wright is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service delivery and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the ITSM Platform & Development Lead at Dr. Martens plc since October 2020, Conor has held multiple titles including Global Senior Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Manager. Prior experience includes roles at River Island as Infrastructure Service Manager and Aston Barclay Vehicle Remarketing where Conor was Head of Service Delivery. Earlier in the career, Conor worked at Walmart eCommerce as a Technical Duty Officer and System Engineer, and at Press Association as Senior Technical Support. Conor's expertise encompasses incident management, system availability, and comprehensive systems administration in both Windows and Linux environments. Education was completed at Howden School & Technology College.
