Mike is currently serving as the VP Digital Americas at Dr. Martens plc, where they are responsible for leading the company's eCommerce footprint in North America. Mike has also worked as an Advisor for Angela Caglia Skincare and Social Native in 2022.
Prior to that, Mike Janover was the Vice President of Global Digital & Direct Marketing at Gap Inc. from 2021 to 2022, where they managed the strategy and execution across various digital marketing channels. Mike also served as the Vice President of Marketing, Brand and Customer Strategy at Banana Republic from 2019 to 2021, where they led a team to drive profitable growth and increase customer engagement.
In their previous roles, Mike Janover has also held leadership positions at ModCloth, Juice Beauty Inc., Perricone MD, and CBS Interactive. Mike has a strong background in marketing and advertising programs and has expertise in customer insights, media strategy, and promotions planning.
