Sangeetha M

Sangeetha M is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Deputy Head of HR & TA at Dr. Mehta's Hospitals since July 2014. In this role, Sangeetha has led the strategic development of HR performance in collaboration with the executive team and has advocated for modern HR development theories. Prior to this position, Sangeetha held the role of Junior Manager - HR at Parvathy Hospital from November 2011 to July 2014, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive recruitment strategies and engaging in talent planning. Sangeetha began a career at Dr. Mehta's Hospitals in December 2009 as a Junior Manager - HR, focusing on external and internal hiring efforts while building relationships with recruitment agencies. Sangeetha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University and a BE in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Dr. Sivananthi Aditanar College of Engineering.
