Monica Lotz serves as the Payroll and Benefits Manager at Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd since January 2016, bringing extensive experience from previous roles within the same organization. From November 2000 to December 2015, Monica worked as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist and held positions in Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Order Desk operations. Beginning their career at Dr. Oetker in August 1989, Monica's early roles included Accounts Payable Administrator and Receptionist/Property Management. Monica is a Certified Payroll Manager, having completed studies at Sheridan College.
