Nic Vritsios

Nic Vritsios is an accomplished HR leader currently serving as the Executive Head of People and Culture at Dr. Oetker Canada Ltd since February 2024. With extensive experience at Indigo from 2015 to 2023 as Senior Director of Talent and Culture, Nic was instrumental in executing people-first strategies encompassing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and played a vital role in talent management and leadership development. Earlier roles include Director of Talent and Culture and Director of HR Retail at Indigo, and various HR leadership positions at Target, BOMBARDIER, Maple Leaf Foods Inc., and Magna International. Nic holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Post Diploma in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
