Dr. Vinay Purohit

Dr. Vinay Purohit, MD, currently serves as Associate Director (Lead) of Medical Affairs for NCE/NBE and E2EDM Projects at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, focusing on strategic planning for pre-launch and launch preparedness in Emerging Markets. Previously, Dr. Purohit was the Respiratory Medical Lead for Viatris, overseeing medical affairs for respiratory therapies in Emerging Markets and Europe, with notable products including YUPELRI® and TOBI® Podhaler®. Dr. Purohit's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Lupin Global, Procter & Gamble, and Merck KGaA, as well as earlier positions as a Medical Advisor at Zydus Cadila and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Purohit holds an MD in Pharmacology from Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor of Laws from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, along with various diplomas in diabetes management, intellectual property rights, and clinical research.
