Jiwan Goyal

Jiwan Goyal currently serves as the Head of Operational Excellence for Manufacturing at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Jiwan was the Head of Continuous Improvement, OE, and Digital at Cipla from March 2022 to April 2024 and held the position of Director of Production & Technical Services at AstraZeneca from December 2019 to March 2022. Jiwan's career began at Maruti Suzuki India Limited and includes various roles at Michelin, showcasing a strong foundation in industrial engineering and management. Jiwan holds an MBA in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology.
