Sarosh Kayomurs Gandhi

Sarosh Kayomurs Gandhi is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Formulations OSD Manufacturing and Global Quality & PV at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since December 2019, Sarosh oversees HR and industrial relations for multiple manufacturing units in India. Previously, Sarosh held senior roles at Broadridge as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, and at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as Associate Director of Human Resources, focusing on organizational design and continuous improvement. Additional experience includes senior HR roles at Essar, Target, and Dell, with a strong emphasis on talent management, capability building, and employee engagement. Sarosh holds a PGDM in Human Resources Development from Alliance Business Academy and a B.Sc. in Physics from the University of Pune.
