Eng. Mazen Abdulsalam serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer and Director of Compliance & Legal at Dr. Samir Abbas Hospital since October 2016, with a breadth of roles including Acting CEO and Acting CFO. Throughout their career, Mazen has demonstrated expertise in strategic management, risk assessment, and operational excellence across various organizations, including as Co-Founder of Nashmi and Board Member at SALAMA Cooperative Insurance. Key achievements include implementing cost-saving initiatives, passing leadership evaluations, and developing internal policies at previous positions. Mazen holds an MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing executive education in strategy at Harvard Business School.
