Ritu Bhardwaj

Ritu Bhardwaj has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2023. Ritu is currently the Human Resources Director at Dr. Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Annalect India from 2018 to 2023, and was also an HR Business Partner at the same company from 2014 to 2018. Ritu also has experience as a Senior Manager-Talent & Transformation at VivaKi from 2005 to 2013, and as an Office Manager at Zenith from 2005 to 2010. Ritu started their career as a Recruitment Executive at Planman Consulting Group in 2004. Ritu has also held the position of Center Head at Planet IQ from 2001 to 2002 and worked as a Counselor at Aptech Computer Education Institute from 1999 to 2001.
