Ruben Randall, MBA

Ruben Randall, MBA has extensive work experience in the Human Resources field. Ruben began their career in 2018 as a Restaurant Supervisor Intern and Server Host at Newport Seafood Grill. In 2019, Ruben moved on to Salem Health as a Human Resources Assistant. In 2020, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at DICK'S Sporting Goods. From 2021 to present, Ruben has been employed at Joybird, where they have held the roles of Associate Human Resources Generalist and HR Coordinator / Office Manager. Ruben is currently employed as a People and Culture Associate at Dr. Squatch.

Ruben Randall obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Willamette University in 2015 and graduated in 2019. Ruben then pursued an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services at Willamette University, graduating in 2020.
