Stephen Pinto

Stephen Pinto has over 10 years of professional experience in product management, engineering, and project management. From 2010-2012, Pinto worked as an R&D Engineer at SURVICE Engineering, where they conducted reverse engineering CAD modeling with 3D scanning technology to enhance military vehicle features and analyzed and visualized data in an effort to crowd source sonar depth data to monitor nautical charts. From 2012-2014, Pinto served as Co-Founder of Waiders LLC. From 2014-2018, Pinto worked as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where they managed 15+ vendors and stakeholders in a large-scale construction re-design project and delivered structural requirements and design specs. From 2018-2020, Pinto worked as a Product Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they were an agile product owner for disneymovieclub.com and led UX web re-design to reduce churn and increase AOV. From 2020-2022, Pinto served as Director of Product Management, Ecommerce and Sr. Product Manager at Dr. Squatch, where they led Ecommerce digital product and engineering at one of the fastest growing DTC brands/Shopify Plus stores in North America. Currently, Pinto serves as an Advisory Board Member at Rocketbrew.

Stephen Pinto received their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland - A. James Clark School of Engineering between 2010 and 2014. Stephen has also obtained several certifications from various institutions, including Adobe UX Design and Prototyping from Adobe in October 2018, IBM Blockchain Essentials from IBM in July 2018, Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki in June 2018, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in June 2018, Agile Certified Professional from ICAgile in January 2018, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in September 2018.
