Diana Frascella

Diana Frascella is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at DraftKings Inc. since March 2020, Diana previously held senior leadership roles at TripAdvisor from August 2015 to February 2020, overseeing all aspects of recruiting for product and engineering functions. Prior to that, Diana managed campus recruiting and global programs at Vistaprint for seven years, and held campus development roles at KPMG, where strategic recruiting initiatives were implemented. Diana began a career in finance as a Senior Accountant at Grove Street Advisors and an Associate at KPMG Audit after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
