Matt Kendall

Matt Kendall is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in heavy civil construction and tunneling projects. Currently serving at Dragados USA, Inc. as the Project Manager for the LA Outfall Tunnel Project, Kendall has previously held notable positions at Frontier-Kemper Constructors, Inc., including Acting General Superintendent for the Los Angeles County MTA Purple Line Extension Section 3 Tunnel Project and Tunnel Project Manager for Section 2. Additional roles include Project Manager on significant projects like the John Hart Generating Station Replacement in Canada and leadership positions in mining operations as General Manager of Peru Mines and Operations Manager in South America. Kendall holds a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech.
