Theresa Murphy

Theresa Murphy, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project at Dragados USA, Inc., where responsibilities include the development and execution of HR initiatives to support organizational goals. With extensive experience in human resources, Murphy previously held roles such as Site Director at Essentra Packaging and Director of Human Resources at 3C Packaging, overseeing HR functions, compliance, and personnel development while significantly reducing employee turnover. Additionally, Murphy has experience in HR management at various companies and has contributed to training and recruitment as a part-time instructor and HR business partner. Education credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University and an Associate of Science in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Johnson & Wales University.
