Gabor Polivka

Gabor Polivka has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, currently serving as the CEO of Dräger for the China region since January 2021. Previously, Gabor held the position of VP Global Export & Partner Business at Hoya, overseeing indirect markets and non-branded businesses from January 2019 to December 2020. Gabor also managed the China Cluster for Hoya Vision Care, focusing on operations in China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong from September 2015 to January 2019. Prior experiences include serving as Commercial Director for AstraZeneca in Central Europe, Sales & Marketing Director for GE Healthcare in Eastern Europe, and several positions at GE, including Commercial CFO for EMEA. Gabor began a financial management career with GE and has cultivated skills in project management, strategy, and commercial leadership over a career spanning more than two decades. Gabor holds a Master's degree in Finance and Statistics from Corvinus University of Budapest and has additional coaching credentials from Intact Academy.
