Michelle Scheller

Michelle Scheller has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle started their career in 1999 as a Consolidator at Sixt rent a car. Michelle then worked as a Travelmanager at UNIGLOBE Quality Travel before joining Universität Würzburg Lehrstuhl für Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Wirtschaftsinformatik as a Student Mitarbeiter. In 2001, they became the Geschäftsführer at Web in Motion.

Michelle went on to work at ELEKTRISOLA GmbH & Co. KG as a Junior IT Projekt-Manager, followed by roles as IT Projekt Manager at Elektrisola (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. and again at ELEKTRISOLA GmbH & Co. KG. Michelle then joined Campbell Soup Company as a Plant Floor IT Manager, responsible for production IT systems and infrastructure.

In 2013, Michelle joined Continental Foods as a Plant Floor IT Manager, where they managed IT-related production networks and supervised system operations to ensure production availability. Michelle also led projects for process optimization and created and maintained a web portal for monitoring quality parameters.

Michelle's career in the medical industry began in 2015 when they joined Dräger as a Global Process IT Expert Purchasing. Michelle then took on roles as a Supply Chain Manager (Inbound) and Head of Software Development Team ICM.

In 2020, Michelle became the People Lead CC ERP+Basis UPM and Product Owner End User Software CC Workplace at Dräger Global IT, where they implemented agile methodology and operating models. Michelle also served as Head of Strategic Supply Chain Development in the Medical Division of Dräger.

Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated their expertise in IT project management, supply chain management, and process optimization. Michelle has also shown leadership skills in managing teams and implementing new approaches.

Michelle Scheller has a Master of Business Administration and Economics (M.Sc.) degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from FernUniversität in Hagen, which they obtained from 2008 to 2012. Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. In 1997, Michelle achieved the degree of Reiseverkehrkauffrau (IHK) from Hapag-Lloyd AG. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including an OKR Champion certification from MURAKAMY in 2020 and certifications in Mandarin conversation and IBM iSeries for IT Professionals. Michelle also holds a SAP Standardsoftware Anwenderzertifikat and an e-Commerce Zertifikat from the University of Würzburg, both obtained in 2004.
