Vanesa Sánchez-Ulloa

Vanesa Sánchez-Ulloa has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Currently, they are the Head of HR & Internal Communications Iberia at Dräger, where they lead a team of 10 professionals and focuses on organizational strategy, transformation, labor law, communications, and project management. In their previous role at Roche, they served as a Global HRBP, leading a team of 7 HRBPs located in different countries and working with senior leaders in various business areas. Vanesa also served as a Global HR Project Leader, leading a team of 30 project members in the deployment of a People Practices and Digital transformation initiative. Prior to that, they held HR Business Partner roles in different areas, including commercial, medical, technical, and production, where they worked closely with leaders on performance management, compensation, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Vanesa began their career as a Human Resources Technician, responsible for employment contracts, payroll, and providing legal labor advice. Vanesa'swork experience spans across multiple countries and industries.

Vanesa Sánchez-Ulloa has completed an Executive Program in Labour Law from IE Business School. Vanesa also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid. In addition, they have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a major in Tourism, from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from La Salle. Vanesa has also obtained certifications in "Cómo gestionar las emociones en el trabajo" and "Managing Up as an Employee" from LinkedIn in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
