Nataliya Vynar

Nataliya Vynar is an experienced recruitment and onboarding manager currently working at Dragon Capital since November 2021, where responsibilities include organizing the recruitment process across the entire group of companies and enhancing candidate selection and adaptation processes. Prior to this role, Nataliya held various positions, including Recruitment Manager at IT, Marketing, and HR Manager at ADV Group, focusing on recruitment services and human resource management. Nataliya's career also includes significant experience at EOS Group, eCall, Atlantic Group, and a recruitment agency, where Nataliya contributed to building HR procedures, developing recruitment systems, and optimizing employee performance. Nataliya earned a Master's degree in Social Pedagogy and Psychology from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv.
