Sridhar Nagarajan is the current Head of Customer Growth at Dragonboat. Sridhar has previous experience as an investor and advisor for Airim, Chatmeter, Bitmo, Inc., Arcadier, and SaaSMAX Corp. Sridhar has also worked as a product and go-to-market advisor for Independent Consultant.
Nagarajan has experience helping optimize product market fit and operationalize SaaS sales models to accelerate growth. Sridhar has also worked with CEOs on successful exits to WhatFix. At Chatmeter, they built product management, design, data science and analytics teams from the ground up to scale for growth. Sridhar launched Social, Analytics, Mobile App and International solution suites to drive ARPU and new business, while growing LTV:CAC. Sridhar also developed ML sentiment and predictive models to deliver AI driven localized insights to multi-location brands.
Sridhar Nagarajan has a master's degree in technology management from the University of New South Wales and a bachelor's degree (with honors) in mechatronics engineering from the University of Sydney. Sridhar also has a certification from the Pragmatic Institute in Practical Product Management.
