Elke Grete possesses extensive experience in human resources and event management, having held various senior roles across multiple organizations. At dragonboatevents.ch GmbH since April 2009, Elke has served as Event Coach, Interim Event- & HR Manager, and Event-Manager/Human Resource Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President Human Resources & Head HR Shared Services Switzerland at Kongsberg Automotive from November 2017 to December 2022, and Human Resources and Payroll Manager at AGT International from June 2012 to October 2017. Elke's earlier roles include Manager Regional Administration & HR at Primacy Relocation Hong Kong Ltd. and Recruiting Manager/Assistant Human Resources at Unilever Supply Chain Company AG. Additionally, Elke has held the position of Head Human Resources at X-TRA Production AG.
