Michael Sebastian Henschel

Michael Sebastian Henschel is an experienced IT professional and team coach, currently serving as Coach & Steersman at dragonboatevents.ch GmbH since April 2010. Henschel held the position of Head of IT at Pureon from May 2018 to December 2024, where responsibilities included global IT management, ERP integration, and IT security management. Previous roles include ERP Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of NetSuite across multiple countries, and various leadership positions in student representation organizations, including President of VSZHAW and Delegate for ALUMNI ZHAW. Henschel has a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology expected in July 2024 and a Bachelor of Science in the same field obtained in 2021 from ZHAW School of Management and Law.
