Zackary Skelly

Zackary Skelly has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Zackary is currently serving as the Head of Talent at Dragonfly. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at interviewing.io. From 2019 to 2021, Zackary held the position of Head of Talent at 0x Labs, where they focused on people and hiring. Zackary also worked as a Lead Recruiter at 0x Labs from 2018 to 2019. Before that, Zackary worked as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Heap from 2016 to 2018. Zackary gained experience in technical sourcing during their tenure at Dropbox from 2014 to 2016, where they held the roles of Senior Technical Sourcer and Technical Sourcer. Zackary started their career as a Technical Sourcer at Google in 2013 and also served as a Technical Recruiter at Cross Creek Systems the same year. In addition, they worked as a Technical Copywriter at Key Information Systems and interned at TED Conferences in 2013.

Zackary Skelly began their education at Ocean County College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree with a concentration in Business. After that, they attended Pepperdine University from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies.
