Jacob Laverty

Jacob Laverty has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jacob currently serves as the Director of Platform Engineering at Dragonfly Financial Technologies since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Moogsoft as an SRE Manager from January 2021 to August 2022, where they successfully managed two teams of over 30 engineers and focused on infrastructure development, CI/CD process, and Test Automation Framework. Before that, they held the position of Principal Platform Engineer at Aura from January 2019 to January 2021. Jacob also worked as a Platform Engineer at Intersections Inc. from August 2017 to January 2019. Jacob's earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Zaius from September 2015 to August 2017, where they handled full stack development, UI development, and complex SQL queries.

Jacob Laverty attended George Mason University from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science.
