Joanna Mo has extensive work experience in the marketing and account management field. Joanna started their career as a Marketing Dept. Intern at INNOCENTRE in 2008. Joanna then interned as a Web Content Management Intern at Tencent in 2009. In 2010, they worked as a Client Service Intern at DDB China Group. Joanna joined RAPP in 2011 as a Client Service Intern before being promoted to an Account Executive in 2012.
In 2013, they moved to Hogarth Worldwide where they worked as an Account Manager until 2015 and then was promoted to an Account Director in 2016. Joanna held this position until 2021, overseeing various accounts.
Since 2022, Joanna has been working at Dragons Group. Joanna started as an Account & Ops Lead and quickly advanced to the role of Client Operations Director in September 2023. Their tenure at Dragons Group is ongoing.
Joanna Mo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Wuhan University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Joanna also studied as an Exchange Student in Communication at City University of Hong Kong in 2008. Additionally, Joanna has a Master of Arts degree in Advertising Management from Syracuse University, earned from 2010 to 2011.
