Paula Valladares Astete

Paula Valladares Astete is an experienced food industry professional currently serving as a Food R&D Manager at Drake Food Service since March 2022. Prior roles include Food Technologist at International Flavors & Fragrances, where contributions were made in the Culinary & Snacks division, and Corporate Chef at Hela Spice Latam S.A., focusing on product development for the food industry. Paula has also engaged in academic research at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and worked as a chef in various culinary settings, including recipe development for dietary restrictions. Paula holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from Universidad de Chile and a Culinary Technician diploma from École Culinaire.
