Terry Decker

Terry Decker has extensive experience in leadership and sales across various industries. As President and Owner of Forum Fixturing & Installations, Inc. since February 2004, Terry has overseen a nationwide fixture set company serving major national accounts such as Home Depot and Lowe’s. In addition, Terry has been a Professional Certified Coach with Southwestern Consulting since December 2012, specializing in sales execution and training. Since 2005, Terry has worked as a Realtor and Investor with Drake Realty, focusing on enhancing clients' real estate portfolios. Prior experience includes Vice President of Sales at Marietta Lighting, Inc., where Terry significantly increased sales, and as a Lighting Sales Representative for Farmer and Associates, where a substantial client base was established. Earlier experience as Owner/Operator of Whitfield Station Restaurant involved comprehensive management of restaurant operations. Terry studied at The University of Georgia and Marietta High School.
