Additionally, Tracy has served as a residential property manager at Southern Cross PTC Realty since August 2006, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a rental property portfolio and ensuring exceptional tenant service. Prior experience includes founding an upscale floral business, Brides Bouquet, where Tracy managed operations, marketing, and team leadership, as well as serving as an account executive at IPD, facilitating relationships between magazine publishers and major bookstore chains. Tracy holds a B.A. in Journalism with a focus on Dramatic Writing from Western Washington University.
