Justin Carpenter

Justin Carpenter has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin began their career at Cabela's in 2000 as a Department Manager and progressively moved up to roles such as Sales Manager, Floor Manager, Retail Product Manager, Retail Associate Category Manager, and eventually became a Direct Associate Category Manager. Justin then transitioned into a Process Improvement Manager, Business Process Architect, and Product Line Manager. In 2017, Justin joined Atlas MedStaff as a Recruiter. In 2019, they joined BD as a Production Supervisor and later took on the role of Quality Engineer Process Leader. Currently, Justin is working at Drake Waterfowl Systems as the Director of Brand Strategy, and as of September 2021, they have been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President/Director of Brand Strategy.

Justin Carpenter attended College of the Holy Cross from 1992 to 1998, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology Pre-Med.
