Ulrika Dellby

Ulrika Dellby serves as Board Chair and Board Member at Fasadgruppen, the Nordic's largest facade group, overseeing the audit committee since October 2019. Dellby holds several board positions including member of the audit committees at Lifco AB, BICO, Elanders, and Linc AB, the latter being part of an IPO on Nasdaq Mid Cap. Additional roles include board member at Kungliga Dramatiska Teatern, Werksta Nordic, and Kungl. Ingenjörsvetenskapsakademien, IVA, where involvement focuses on green and sustainable transformation. From April 2014 to April 2023, Dellby was a board member at SJ AB, contributing to both the compensation and audit committees. Education includes a degree from the Stockholm School of Economics, completed in 1989.
